A Cream Ale

Black Sunshine Robust Porter
Robust Porter
A substantial, malty dark beer with a complex and flavorful malt character, and a slight hop bite to it.

6.5% ABV, 50 IBUs

You heard me. A little twist on the family name-sake, with our sense of humor, of course. IPAs are typically bitter, due to a heavy dose of hops. Ours has good hop character, yet balanced, smooth and tasty. We used Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops.

7% ABV, 70 IBUs

Oatmeal Stout.jpg

An Oatmeal stout
Moderately roasted, chocolatey, with grainy sharpness, and moderate hop bitterness. High body with some balanced creaminess.  Long awaited in anticipation, Mike's legendary Oatmeal Stout. His last one received a World Beer Cup Bronze Medal, 2014. You don't want to miss this.

7% ABV, 60 IBUs

Blue Teal Winery
Elegant, lightly-oaked Chardonnay with beautiful aromas of citrus and pear with soft, bready accents from sur lie aging. Refreshing mouthfeel with grapefruit flavors backed by a slight minerality with hints of buttery oak and vanilla, all finishing harmoniously.

Blue Teal Winery
Don't let the soft color fool you, this Shiraz is full of flavor. Big red ripe strawberries, soft white pepper and hints of allspice pave the way for a well-integrated, but firm, tannic backbone. Its wonderful structure is a nice complement to its fresh, fruit-forward nature.
