This all levels, beginner friendly belly dance class will help you feel more grounded, balanced, centered, and EMPOWERED. Basic belly dance movements will be introduced in a supportive space and time will be allowed for participants to practice and play with the movements. Get out of your comfort zone and push your boundaries so that you can GROW. Develop a deeper connection with your body, restore a healthy relationship with your own sensuality, ignite your inner light, nurture your soul.
