Our own brews:

GROUNDSKEEPER WILLIE
A Cream Ale
Low hop bitterness and moderate in malty sweet corn taste. Our old world method, drops hot stones right in the wort to super caramelize the sugars. Named after our ginger-bearded fellow Scotsman, William MacDougal.

McROJO or NO?
An Irish Red Ale
Medium-light bodied red ale, slight toasty malt flavor and a smooth mouth-feel. Well rounded and balanced. An easy pleaser.

McWABBIT
An American Pale Ale
A little sweet, a little "hoppy." You'll find a nice balance of malt and hops in this American version.

WEE BEASTIE
A Scottish Ale
Dark and malty, using barley smoked over peat moss. Polished off with a little vanilla for some sweetness. A friendly beast, for those lonely mountain nights.

CAMPBELL-TOE
An IPA
You heard me. A little twist on the family name-sake, with our sense of humor, of course. IPAs are typically bitter, due to a heavy dose of hops. Ours has good hop character, yet balanced, smooth and tasty. We used Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops.

OBLIVISCARIS
An Oatmeal stout
Moderately roasted, chocolatey, with grainy sharpness, and moderate hop bitterness. High body with some balanced creaminess. Long awaited in anticipation, Mike's legendary Oatmeal Stout. His last one received a World Beer Cup Bronze Medal, 2014. You don't want to miss this.
